General Information

American guests receive approximately 70% of GST back in a rebate after their stay. Rebate forms available at front desk.

Your co-operation is requested to make sure that noise levels are reasonable after midnight.

Deposit Policy

A $200.00 per person deposit is required to confirm reservations. If cancellation does occur, the deposit is refundable minus a $25.00 booking and reservation charge provided that written notice of cancellation has been received by the Lodge three weeks prior to arrival date. Guests who depart prior to the confirmed date forfeit their deposit and pay the daily rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and personal cheques. 

Single Rate 

Single rate is 1.3 times double occupancy rate.

Our Dining Room

Over the years Patterson-Kaye has earned a reputation for fine country cooking. Patterson-Kaye has a smoke free diningroom and livingroom. Smoking is permitted in all other public places. Breakfast served 8:30am-10:00am. Dinner served 5:30pm-7:00pm.  Children’s supervised dinners (optional) 5:00pm-5:30pm Mon./Wed./Fri. Outside dinner reservations accepted from May to October. 
Casual dress please, no jackets required.

Gratuities

Service charges are not automatically added to your bill. Gratuities for service are much appreciated by our staff and may be left as one amount when settling your account.

Dogs and Cats

Can be boarded at Mountain Spirit Kennels (705) 645-1639. No pets at Lodge, please.

Hotel Transportation

Upon arrival at Bracebridge via Gray Coach lines, phone the Lodge and a P-K car will pick you up. (Pickup service for weekly guests only). 

Guest Laundry

For our guests' convenience we have an on-site coin laundry.
